Refugee coffee morning

We raised a total of £95 for Refuge. It was good to be able to support such a worthwhile charity who do much to support women and children fleeing domestic violence.

Our theme was the Suffragette movement as this coffee morning was hosted very close the birth date of Emmeline Pankhurst (15th July 1858).  It therefore, seemed appropriate to raise money for a charity focused on women’s welfare.
